Yes. Forward your existing number to CrewRobin when you're busy or don't answer, or get a new local number.
Does it record calls?
Yes, and the greeting says the call may be recorded. You can turn recording off on the receptionist's page.
What if the caller wants a person?
It takes their name, number and what they need, and you get a text to call them back. They're listed under Jobs, Call back. Emergencies can go straight to your cell: choose Transfer in Settings.
How are AI minutes billed?
Through your plan's monthly credits: about 100 minutes on Starter, 400 on Pro and 1,200 on Crew.
