Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
The short version. During our launch offer, CrewRobin is free until it has booked your first 10 jobs. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel yourself any time. If your first payment doesn't work out, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
1. Launch offer: free until your first 10 booked jobs
New accounts can use CrewRobin free until it has booked 10 jobs for them. A booked job is an appointment the AI receptionist books, or a customer books on your online booking page. Jobs you add yourself don't count. We don't charge you during the offer, and we'll tell you before a paid plan starts. If you don't choose a plan, your receptionist pauses, but your customer records, recordings and jobs stay in your account. We may end or change the launch offer for new sign-ups at any time. That doesn't affect accounts already using it. Fair-use limits on call minutes apply during the offer.
2. Plans and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period, until you cancel. You'll see the price and renewal date before you pay, and on your subscription page afterwards. Your plan's price is locked: it won't go up at renewal while your subscription on that plan stays active. If you switch plans, or cancel and subscribe again later, the price in effect at that time applies. There are no setup fees.
3. Changing plans
You can change plans at any time from your subscription page. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect right away, and the difference for the rest of your current period is added to your next invoice. Moving to a smaller plan also takes effect right away, with no credit for the current period, and the lower price applies from your next renewal. If you have more users or phone numbers than the smaller plan allows, nothing is deleted, but you won't be able to add more until you're under the limit.
4. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your subscription page, without contacting us or giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep full access until then and aren't charged again. There's no cancellation fee. Before your access ends, change your phone's call forwarding so calls stop going to CrewRobin. If you can't cancel in the app for any reason, contact us and we'll cancel it from the day you asked.
5. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and we don't prorate a period you cancel partway through, with these exceptions:
- Your first payment, within 14 days. If your first paid period on a new subscription isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
- An annual renewal you didn't use. If a yearly plan renewed and your receptionist hasn't answered a call since, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a full refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
- Extended outages. If CrewRobin can't answer calls for a prolonged period through our fault, we'll credit or refund the affected time.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. We don't refund fees for an account suspended or closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.
6. Credits and AI call minutes
AI call minutes are billed through credits. The credits included with your plan reset each billing cycle. Unused included credits don't roll over and aren't refundable. Credits you buy separately are non-refundable once used.
7. Questions
For anything about billing, cancelling or a refund, contact us. We usually reply within one business day.
