Do customers who opted out get reminders?
No. Anyone who replied STOP, or didn't agree to texts when booking online, isn't texted.
When exactly is the reminder sent?
About a day before the visit, checked every hour. Jobs booked in the last 12 hours and visits less than two hours away don't get one, so a visit booked less than about 14 hours ahead has only its confirmation.
Does the receptionist call people back?
No. It adds a call back for you or your team to return, and texts you the details.
