Frequently asked
Which plan has the dispatch board?
Every plan, along with My day for technicians.
Is there an app to install?
No. My day is a web page built for phones, so technicians open it in their phone's browser and sign in.
Does it track trucks by GPS or plan routes?
No. CrewRobin has no GPS tracking or route planning; My day links each address to Google Maps for directions.
Can I move a job without texting the customer?
Yes. Texting the new time is a separate click after the move.
