Never miss a job call.
You're on a roof or under a sink when the phone rings. CrewRobin's AI receptionist answers every call, asks the right questions about the job, and books it straight into your calendar, then texts you and the customer the details.
A written example of how a call goes. A real recording is on its way.
Every call answered, every job on the calendar
Forward the calls you can't pick up to CrewRobin. The receptionist handles the conversation the way your best office manager would.
Answers
Answers with your business name and greeting, day or night, weekends and holidays.
Qualifies
Asks what's wrong, where the job is, and how urgent it is, and matches it to one of your job types and price ranges.
Books
Offers real open slots from your calendar and books the job. Emergencies get the earliest slot, or go straight to your cell if you choose.
Texts everyone
The customer gets a confirmation. You get a text with the job details and a link to the recording and transcript.
Missed a call? They get a text in seconds
When a call slips through, CrewRobin texts the caller right away, so you can book them before they try someone else.
- Sent within a minute, with your business name and your booking link.
- Replies land in your inbox, where you can text back.
- STOP honored automatically.
Quotes that don't go cold
Most quotes aren't lost to a cheaper shop. They're lost because nobody followed up. CrewRobin sends the quote, sees when it's opened, and nudges the customer for you.
- Approve from the text: customers accept the quote from a link, no app needed.
- Friendly reminders on day 2, 5 and 10, stopped the moment they reply.
- Quotes from the job, and the option they approve becomes the invoice.
Finish the job, get paid, get the review
When the job is done, create the invoice and send it by text in two clicks. The customer pays by card from the link, and a review request goes out as soon as they've paid.
- Invoices from the job, with the customer and work already filled in.
- Card payments through Stripe, paid out to your bank.
- Review requests that send happy customers to your Google profile.
A dispatch board your techs can follow
See every truck's day at a glance, drag a job to another tech or time when one runs long, and each tech sees their next stop on their phone.
- Drag to reschedule, and text the customer the new time.
- My day, a page made for their phone: today's jobs, directions, photos, notes, and an "on my way" text to the customer. Nothing to install.
- On every plan, not locked behind the priciest one.
Software that doesn't fight you on the bill
Shop owners tell the same stories about field-service software: long contracts with exit fees, features sold as add-ons, prices that climb every year, and support that disappears after the sale. We built CrewRobin the other way.
No contracts, no exit fees
Month to month. Cancel from your subscription page in a minute, without calling anyone.
Your price is locked
Your plan's price never goes up while you stay subscribed to it.
Every feature, every plan
The receptionist, quotes, invoices, dispatch and reviews are on every plan. No add-on menu.
No setup fees
Guided setup, and your customers and jobs come over from Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan export files.
A person answers support
Write to us and a real person replies, not a chatbot.
Your money goes to you
Card payments go through your own Stripe account to your bank. We never hold your payouts.
An AI you can check
Every call is recorded and transcribed on the job, and the receptionist only quotes the price ranges you set.
No surprise texts
The AI doesn't text your customers on its own. Text-backs, reminders and quote follow-ups all show in the customer's thread.
Keep Jobber or Housecall Pro. We answer the calls you miss and book the jobs.
CrewRobin is the front office, not another system to learn. Your crew keeps using the software it already knows. We make sure the calls turn into booked work.
It knows the calls your shop gets
Set the service area, job types and price ranges for your trade. The receptionist uses them on every call.
HVAC
Sorts no-heat and no-cool emergencies from routine tune-ups.
- AC's blowing warm air
- Furnace won't kick on
Plumbing
Asks about active leaks and shut-off valves before it books.
- Pipe burst in the basement
- No hot water
Electrical
Treats burning smells and sparks as emergencies, never a routine slot.
- Breaker keeps tripping
- Need an EV charger quote
Roofing
Takes storm-damage calls and books inspections by area.
- Leak after last night's storm
- Shingles blew off
Free until your first 10 booked jobs.

Frequently asked
Do callers know they're talking to an AI?
The receptionist answers as your business's virtual receptionist and never claims to be a person. If a caller asks whether it's an AI, it says yes. Callers who want a person can ask for one, and it will take a message or pass the call to you, depending on how you set it up.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can see exactly what was said about each job. Some states require everyone on a call to agree to recording, so the receptionist can play a short notice such as "this call may be recorded" at the start of every call. You're responsible for making sure your greeting meets the rules where you and your customers are. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
What happens with emergencies?
The receptionist treats no heat in freezing weather, an active leak or flooding, a gas smell, sparks or a burning smell, and no power as emergencies. For a gas smell it first tells the caller to leave the house and call the gas company or 911. Then it does what you chose in Settings: book the earliest open slot, or transfer the call to your cell. Either way you get a text about the job when the call ends.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Most shops set their phone to forward calls they don't answer (or all calls after hours) to their CrewRobin number, so customers keep dialing the number on your truck.
Do I have to stop using Jobber or Housecall Pro?
No. Plenty of shops keep their field-service software and use CrewRobin only to answer calls, text back missed calls and book jobs. Every booking is texted to you with the details. If you'd rather run everything in one place, jobs, quotes, invoices and dispatch are built in.
How does "free until your first 10 booked jobs" work?
Sign up and set up your receptionist at no charge. Each job booked by the receptionist or on your online booking page counts toward 10. After the tenth, pick a plan to keep going. Plans start at $99 a month with every feature included; see pricing.
Is there a contract, a setup fee or anything extra?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from your subscription page at any time, with no cancellation fee. There's no setup fee, and every feature is on every plan (payroll is on Crew). Your plan's price won't go up while you stay on it. Card payments carry Stripe's own processing fees.
What are AI call minutes?
Time the AI receptionist spends on the phone with your callers. Each plan includes a monthly amount through credits, and you can add more credits if you have a busy month.
