ServiceTitan Pricing 2026: What's Public, What Isn't, and What to Ask For
ServiceTitan quotes every package. Here's everything it documents publicly about how it charges, from its pricing page and its annual report, and the questions to ask on the sales call.
ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, each with a Request Pricing button, and says pricing is per technician. Its annual report adds that fees are mainly charged per technician per month, new customers usually sign 12 to 36 month contracts that renew automatically, and onboarding is a paid service.
More on this topic: Field service software pricing and alternatives, every guide in one place.
Because ServiceTitan is a public company, its annual report (Form 10-K) says more about how it charges than its website does. This post puts the two together and is clear about what neither says. Per-technician figures you'll see on other sites are estimates, not ServiceTitan's numbers, so we don't repeat them.
Key takeaways
- No list prices: every package and every Pro add-on is "Request Pricing". There's no free trial on the pricing page, only demos.
- Fees are charged "primarily on a per technician per month basis", billed monthly in advance, according to the 10-K.
- New customers mostly sign annual or multi-year contracts of 12 to 36 months that renew automatically and are described as noncancelable.
- Onboarding and training are sold as professional services; the fee isn't disclosed. The AI Virtual Agent is billed by usage.
Disclosure: we make CrewRobin, which competes with the tools in this post. Every figure about ServiceTitan comes from the vendor's own public pages (or, where we say so, a dated third-party capture of them), read on 30 October 2026 and linked at the end. Where a price isn't published, we say so rather than guess.
How much does ServiceTitan cost?
Here is what is documented, and where:
| Question | What's public | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Price per technician | Not published. "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." | Pricing page |
| How fees are charged | "primarily on a per technician per month basis", invoiced in advance on the first day of each monthly period | 10-K |
| Contract length | New customers: "annual or multi-year subscription agreements with contract terms typically ranging from 12 to 36 months"; certain Pro product and legacy customers are month to month | 10-K |
| Renewal and cancelling | Contracts "are renewed automatically unless cancelled in advance" and subscription contracts "are noncancelable" | 10-K |
| Onboarding | Professional services revenue is "principally onboarding, training, and some ongoing professional services"; no fee amount given | 10-K |
| AI Virtual Agent | Revenue from Virtual Agents "is consumption-based"; no rate given | 10-K |
| Free trial | None offered on the pricing page; demos and an interactive demo instead | Pricing page |
What's in Starter, Essentials and The Works?
| Package | Includes |
|---|---|
| Starter | Dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, price book |
| Essentials | Starter plus mobile estimates and payroll management |
| The Works | Starter plus mobile estimates, configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships |
So memberships (maintenance agreements) and commission tracking are on The Works only, going by the pricing page.
What do ServiceTitan's Pro add-ons cost?
None are priced publicly. The pricing page lists eight Pro products on top of the packages:
- AI Virtual Agent (answers and books calls; usage-based, per the 10-K)
- Marketing Pro
- Contact Center Pro
- Pricebook Pro
- Fleet Pro
- Scheduling Pro
- Dispatch Pro
- Field Pro (formerly Sales Pro)
If you're comparing ServiceTitan with a tool that includes AI answering, ask for the Virtual Agent's rate and an estimate for your call volume.
Who is ServiceTitan priced for?
The 10-K counts about 10,800 "Active Customers" at January 31, 2026, defined as customers with over $10,000 of annualized billings, and says they make up over 97% of its annualized billings. That isn't a price, but it tells you the business is built around customers spending five figures a year. Its pricing page describes the product as fitting businesses "at any size"; with 2 to 5 trucks, compare carefully.
What should you ask for in a ServiceTitan quote?
- The price per technician per month, and who counts as a technician (office staff, apprentices, seasonal hires).
- Any minimum number of technicians.
- The contract length, what happens if you cut technicians mid-term, and the notice needed to stop auto-renewal.
- The onboarding or implementation fee, and what it covers (data migration, accounting setup, phones, training).
- Which Pro products you'd need, each one's price, and the AI Virtual Agent's usage rate.
- Card processing and financing rates.
- The total for year one and year two, in writing.
Then set that total against your margins: the job profit calculator shows what a software bill means per job.
How does ServiceTitan compare with tools that publish prices?
For a sense of scale, here is what published-price tools charge a 10-person team (monthly, no commitment):
| Tool | 10-person team, monthly |
|---|---|
| Jobber Connect (10 users) | $299 |
| Jobber Grow (10 users) | $399 |
| Housecall Pro Max (8 users + 2 at $35) | $399 |
| Service Fusion Pro (unlimited users) | $627 |
| CrewRobin Crew (15 seats, AI receptionist included) | $349 |
These tools do less than ServiceTitan: none matches its payroll, commission, membership and call-center depth. CrewRobin, which we make, also has no native app, fleet GPS, accounting sync or financing. The fair test is whether you'll use what the extra depth costs.
