Jobber costs $49 a month for Core (one user), $139 to $399 for Connect, $199 to $499 for Grow and $499 to $699 for Plus when you pay monthly with no commitment, depending on whether you need 1, 5, 10 or 15 users. Billed yearly, the same plans run $29 to $529 a month. Extra users are $29 a month each, and the AI Receptionist is a $29 add-on.

Those are Jobber's regular prices from its own pricing page on 30 October 2026. The page also showed introductory rates for the first three months of a monthly plan and a "save up to 40%" offer on yearly plans for new customers ending that day; we leave promotions out because they change every few weeks.

Key takeaways

  • Jobber prices by plan and by team size (1, 5, 10 or 15 users). Teams of 16 or more go to sales.
  • There are three ways to pay: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a one-year commitment, or yearly up front. Yearly saves 20% to 41% against no-commitment monthly and is non-refundable.
  • Add-ons: AI Receptionist $29, Pipeline $49 and Marketing Suite $99 a month. Plus includes all three.
  • QuickBooks Online sync starts on Connect; two-way texting and job costing start on Grow; crew scheduling and custom reports are on Plus only.

Disclosure: we make CrewRobin, which competes with the tools in this post. Every figure about Jobber comes from the vendor's own public pages (or, where we say so, a dated third-party capture of them), read on 30 October 2026 and linked at the end. Where a price isn't published, we say so rather than guess.

How much does Jobber cost per month?

Here is every plan at every team size Jobber lists, at regular rates:

Plan (users)Monthly, no commitmentMonthly, 1-year commitmentBilled yearly (per month)
Core (1 user, solo only)$49$39$29
Connect, 1 user$139$119$99
Connect, 5 users$199$169$149
Connect, 10 users$299$259$229
Connect, 15 users$399$339$299
Grow, 1 user$199$169$149
Grow, 5 users$299$259$229
Grow, 10 users$399$349$299
Grow, 15 users$499$429$399
Plus, 5 users$499$439$399
Plus, 10 users$599$499$449
Plus, 15 users$699$599$529

Core is for one person only, and Plus starts at five users. On every plan card Jobber says "Add users for $29/mo each". Sales tax is extra where it applies.

What's the difference between monthly, 1-year commitment and yearly billing?

  • Monthly, no commitment: cancel any time and the plan ends at the close of the billing period.
  • Monthly with a 1-year commitment: 12% to 20% less (Connect for five users is $169 instead of $199), but you're billed every month until the 12 months are up, even if you cancel.
  • Billed yearly: the lowest rate (Connect for five users is $149 a month, $1,788 a year), paid up front. Jobber's FAQ says that if you cancel, you keep access to the end of the term but "your initial payment is non-refundable."

All three renew automatically unless you set the plan not to renew. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

How does Jobber charge for users?

A user is anyone who logs in, in the office or in the field, to view or manage the schedule. Jobber's team-size picker groups teams as just me, 2 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15 and 16 or more, and the plans come with 1, 5, 10 or 15 users. A crew of three is priced on the five-user plan.

Between brackets, the page's own numbers give you a choice: a six-person team could take Connect for five users plus one extra user ($199 + $29 = $228) or Connect for ten ($299). Ask Jobber which it will apply before you sign up.

What do Jobber's add-ons and payments cost?

Jobber's AI Receptionist page doesn't publish a cap on calls or minutes; it says the average customer gets "over 20 calls per week" handled. Ask what happens in a very busy month before you rely on it.

What does Jobber really cost for a small shop?

Three worked examples at regular rates, with add-ons at their listed monthly prices:

ShopSetupMonthly, no commitmentBilled yearly
Owner-operator who wants calls answeredCore + AI Receptionist$49 + $29 = $78$29 + $29 = $58 a month
Three people, wants QuickBooks sync, AI answering and review campaignsConnect (5 users) + AI Receptionist + Marketing Suite$199 + $29 + $99 = $327$149 + $29 + $99 = $277 a month
Eight people, wants two-way texting and job costingGrow (10 users) + AI Receptionist$399 + $29 = $428$299 + $29 = $328 a month

To see what a software bill means per job, put it into the job profit calculator as overhead, or work it into your hourly rate with the labor rate calculator.

Is Jobber worth the price?

For many small shops, yes. Every price is published, the monthly plan has no commitment, the $29 AI Receptionist is one of the cheapest ways to answer calls with AI, and Jobber covers quoting through payment with a mobile app and QuickBooks Online sync from Connect.

Where it gets expensive is the jump between brackets and tiers: two-way texting and job costing need Grow, and the add-ons most shops end up wanting cost more than the base plan on smaller teams. Before you sign up, write down the features you'll use in the first month and price the lowest plan that has all of them.

How does CrewRobin's pricing compare?

CrewRobin, which we make, is narrower than Jobber: an AI front office built around answering and booking calls, with quotes, invoices, a dispatch board and review requests on every plan. Its prices:

CrewRobin planPrice
Starter$99/month: 2 seats, 1,500 credits a month for AI call time and texts, every feature
Pro$199/month: 5 seats, 4,000 credits a month, every feature
Crew$349/month: 15 seats, 12,000 credits a month, every feature plus job hours on timesheets

Every plan has every feature, including quotes, invoices and the dispatch board; only job hours on timesheets are Crew-only. Plans are month to month with no contract or setup fee, and a plan's price doesn't go up while you stay on it. Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price (two months free). The launch offer is free until your first 10 booked jobs, with no card up front: jobs booked by the AI receptionist or your online booking page count.

CrewRobin has no native mobile app (technicians use a phone-friendly web page), no fleet GPS or route optimization, no QuickBooks or Xero sync, no consumer financing, and its receptionist speaks English only. Jobber offers a mobile app, routing and GPS tracking, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, and Wisetack financing. The full side-by-side is in CrewRobin vs Jobber.
