How does the launch offer work?
Sign up and set up your receptionist free. Each job booked by the receptionist or on your online booking page counts. After your tenth booked job, choose a plan to keep going.
What are AI call minutes and credits?
AI call minutes are the time the receptionist spends on calls. Each plan includes a monthly amount, paid for through credits, and you can add credits if you have a busy month.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, or yearly if you prefer. Cancel any time from your subscription page and you won't be charged again. There's no cancellation fee.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay on your plan. If you cancel and come back later, or switch plans, the price at that time applies. Extra credits you buy are priced separately.
Is anything extra?
No. Every plan has every feature, so there's nothing to add later. The one exception is payroll, which is on the Crew plan. Card payments carry Stripe's own processing fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when you add people or need more AI call minutes, and downgrade in a slow season. Upgrades take effect right away.
