Workiz Pricing 2026: Quote-Only Plans, the Prices It Briefly Showed, and What to Ask

Workiz doesn't publish prices. What its plans include, the prices it showed for a few weeks in May 2026, what the Genius add-ons are, and the questions to ask for a real quote.

Workiz doesn't publish its prices. In the latest captures of its pricing page we could find (September 2026), Standard, Pro and Ultimate each carry a Request pricing button, and Genius Answering, Genius Phone and Genius Marketing are sold separately. For a few weeks in May 2026 the page showed $225, $275 and $325 a month for Kickstart, Standard and Pro, then hid them again.

A note on sources: on 30 October 2026 workiz.com answered every automated request we made, from three different tools, with a "Firewall Block" page, so we couldn't read the pricing page that day. The figures below come from our own September 2026 check, a capture published by Carly on 7 September 2026, and PricingSaaS's weekly archive of the page. None of the dollar amounts are current Workiz prices, and we say which is which.

Key takeaways

  • All three Workiz plans (Standard, Pro, Ultimate) are quote only, and the AI and phone add-ons are sold separately with no published price.
  • Plans differ by automations (5, 10 or 30) and features: Pro adds Genius Leads and Genius Scheduling; Ultimate adds service plans, proposals, inventory, franchise tools and an open API.
  • Workiz says a yearly plan saves "$400 or more" against monthly billing. In September 2026 it offered a 7-day free trial with no card; we couldn't re-check that today.
  • Published prices came and went in 2026: $225 to $325 a month in May, extra users at $55 to $65 a month until late August.

Disclosure: we make CrewRobin, which competes with the tools in this post. Every figure about Workiz comes from the vendor's own public pages (or, where we say so, a dated third-party capture of them), read on 30 October 2026 and linked at the end. Where a price isn't published, we say so rather than guess.

Has Workiz ever published its prices?

Yes, briefly. PricingSaaS, which captures the page every week, logged these changes in 2026:

SnapshotWhat the pricing page showed
20 AprilPrices and the free Lite plan removed; plans moved to request-based pricing
4 MayTiered prices published: Kickstart $225, Standard $275, Pro $325 a month
11 MayPrices hidden again ("Request pricing")
18 MayPrices shown again: Kickstart $225, Standard $275, Pro $325
25 MayPrices hidden; extra users listed at $46 (Standard) and $54 (Pro)
1 JuneKickstart plan removed; extra-user fees raised
24 AugustExtra team member fees ($55 Standard, $65 Pro, on yearly billing) removed: no dollar figures left on the page

Treat the May figures as history, not a quote. They are useful for one thing: knowing the order of magnitude Workiz has charged a small team this year, before any Genius add-ons.

What do Genius Answering and the other add-ons cost?

Workiz doesn't say. Genius Answering is its AI for calls, texts, email and web forms; it answers 24/7, recognises returning customers and can book, reschedule and dispatch jobs. Genius Phone is the phone system and Genius Marketing covers reviews and campaigns. All three are listed as sold separately from every plan, so a Workiz quote that doesn't name them doesn't include them.

Is there a free trial or a yearly discount?

Workiz says choosing a yearly plan saves "$400 or more" against monthly billing, without naming the plan. In September 2026 its pricing page offered a 7-day free trial with no credit card. We couldn't confirm either on 30 October 2026, so check both on the call.

What should you ask on the Workiz sales call?

  • The monthly and yearly price of the plan you need, and how many users it includes.
  • The price per extra user, and whether extra users must be paid yearly.
  • The price of Genius Answering (and how it's metered: per minute, per call or flat), Genius Phone and Genius Marketing.
  • Card and ACH processing rates on Workiz Pay.
  • The contract term, renewal and cancellation terms, and whether a yearly plan is refundable.
  • The trial length, and whether Genius Answering can be tried on real calls during it.

How does Workiz compare with tools that publish prices?

Workiz's strength is AI that answers more than the phone (texts, email and web forms, in English and Spanish) inside a full field service suite. CrewRobin, which we make, answers calls only, in English, and has no native app, routing, financing or QuickBooks sync, but its prices are on its pricing page.
