Payroll: technicians' hours from their jobs

On the Crew plan, CrewRobin includes HR and payroll. Open HR from the sidebar to add your people and set up payroll with Check, which works out US taxes, files them, and pays your team by direct deposit.

When a technician taps Start job and later Complete job, the time in between (to the nearest quarter hour) is added to their timesheet for that day, labelled with the job number. Technicians need to be set up as people in HR, linked to their CrewRobin login, for this to happen.

• Reopen and complete a job again and its entry is updated, not added twice.
• A week that's already submitted or approved isn't changed. Adjust it in HR › Timesheets.
• Approved timesheets feed the next pay run for hourly employees.
