Price book and maintenance plans
Standard prices for quotes, and service agreements that book their own visits and bill themselves.
Price book
In Jobs › Price book, click Add item for each labor rate, part or flat-rate service you use. When you create a quote on a job, each option has + Add from price book: pick an item and its price is added to the option and its name to what's included.
Maintenance plans
In Plans, click New plan: a name (like Comfort Club), Visits a year, the visit's job type, the Price and how it's Billed: once a year, every month, or each visit.
To put a customer on a plan, open their jobs (a job › Their jobs) and click Add to a plan. Pick the plan and the first visit date.
- Two weeks before each visit is due, it's added to Jobs › Unscheduled for you to put on the board.
- Yearly and monthly plans get an invoice at the start of each period. Tick Text the plan invoice automatically to send it without you. Otherwise it waits as a draft.
- Plans billed each visit charge the plan price on the visit's own invoice. On a yearly or monthly plan, the visit's invoice starts at $0 so you only add extra work.
Pause stops new visits and invoices until you Resume. Cancel ends the plan.
