Quote, invoice and get a review from a job
Good, better, best quotes, invoices paid by card, and a review request after payment.
Quote
On a job, under Quote and invoice, click Create quote. Fill one option for a single price, or two or three (Good, Better, Best) to let the customer choose. Leave Send it now by text ticked and click Save quote. The customer picks an option and signs online.
If they don't reply, CrewRobin texts a reminder on day 2, 5 and 10. The reminders stop as soon as they reply or approve.
Invoice
When the job is completed, click Create invoice. If the customer approved a quote, its invoice is used. Otherwise you get a draft with the job type on it: click Edit invoice to set the price. Then click Send invoice: the customer gets a text (and an email if you have their address) with a link to pay by card.
Review
Add your Google review link once, in Settings › Reviews. After that, every customer who pays in full gets one text asking for a review. You can also click Ask for a review now on a completed job.
