Reports: what the receptionist brought in, and money owed
Jobs booked for you, calls answered, money collected and owed, quotes won, and jobs by type and technician.
Open Jobs › Reports. Pick a period at the top: This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This year. Days follow the time zone in your settings.
Only the account owner can open Reports, because they show revenue and what each technician billed.
What the receptionist brought in
- Jobs booked for you: jobs the receptionist booked by phone, bookings on your online booking page, and jobs from missed-call text-backs, not counting cancelled ones. The percentage compares it with the period before (for This month, the same days of last month).
- Calls answered, and how many came in outside the business hours in your settings.
- Billed on those jobs: what those jobs' invoices came to, and how much is paid so far.
- Call backs taken: callers the receptionist took a message for (reschedule requests aren't counted).
Money
- Collected: payments received in the period, less refunds. The chart shows it per day, or per week for 90 days and the year. Hover over a bar for the amount.
- Invoiced: invoices issued in the period (drafts and void invoices aren't counted).
- Owed to you now: what's still unpaid on sent invoices, split by how many days past the due date.
- Days to get paid: the average time from sending an invoice to it being paid in full.
Quotes and jobs
- Quotes sent in the period, and how many were approved, declined or expired, or are still waiting, whenever the customer answered.
- Jobs finished in the period, with what they were billed, by job type and by technician. A job with two technicians counts for both.
- How new jobs came in: every job added in the period by where it came from, with how many were cancelled.
